Thank you for your interest in becoming a resident at Portico Kirby. Our rental rates vary based on your qualifying household income and household size. Please see our income verification criteria below.

Rental Requirements

All prospective residents must be at least 18 years of age and agree to a consumer credit search. Individuals or families earning less than 80% of AMI ($75,680.00) and can provide one or more of the following for income verification:

1. Pay stubs for the most recent four (4) week pay period;
2. Income tax returns for the most recent past two (2) tax years;
3. Income verification from applicant's current employer;
4. Income verification from the Social Security Administration;
5. HUD Housing Choice Voucher program enrollment acceptance;
6. Other options may be available depending on certain criteria.
